About Us

The Claybanks United Methodist Church Mission
We accept the responsibility to provide a nurturing community of faith to our members and the surrounding area. We accept the responsibility for ministering to all our members, wherever they live, and the persons in the community where we are located, and to provide appropriate spiritual training and nurturing to all ages, cultures, racial and ethnic groups, as well as those with handicaps.

Christian Ethics
We do not care what your sexual preference is!
We do not care what the color of your skin is!
We do not care how much money you make!
We do not care what kind of car you drive!
We do not care what home you live in!
We do not care if you are illiterate or have a PHD!
We do care about the condition of your heart!
We do care about your well being…
We do care if you have been hurt or abused!
We do care if you are hungry!
We care; because we want those with hardened hearts to realize that everyone is not out to hurt you.
We care because Jesus said to love our neighbor.
“That means everyone! No exceptions and no excuses!”

Come to Claybanks UMC, one and all…Come let us hear God’s words together in Love and let God take you where God wants you to go.
Blessings.
